My journey in design has spanned a wide scope.

As a graphic designer/social media marketer -> turned front-end developer -> turned UX and product designer, it’s safe to say my path was anything but linear, but I’ve found that this breadth and variety of experiences to be one of my greatest strengths!

Wearing many hats throughout my career has given me a better perspective of how a business runs, which allows me to connect my designs to business goals. It’s also given me great insight into the responsibilities of other team members and how they work, which allows me to communicate and collaborate more effectively by being able to understand their role and speak their language.

I focus most of my efforts on a core foundation of critical thinking, problem-solving, visual design, and effective communication to create solutions in the form of attractive, user-friendly digital products.

I believe that the best ideas come from bouncing ideas off one another, and I love being part of a team that values communication and collaboration. I thrive in cross-functional environments where I can share early and often while giving and receiving feedback from my team to deliver unique and compelling user experiences from ideation through development and product launch.

I am largely self-taught and take great pride in that. I'm someone who loves to learn and continually works on my craft to sharpen my skills.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and doing everything I can to be the best husband and dad to my wife and kids.
