Optimizing the way users manage their account in-app on our TV platforms has proved to help with subscriber resubscribes due to improved ease-of-use and has reduced ‘total support calls’ and ‘support call time’ on the topic of managing account for OTT TV streaming platforms.

Users can sign up through Roku Pay or through our NESN system (using Stripe).

We introduced a new promo code offer onboarding framework to help increase customer subscriptions and app downloads.

As lead designer, collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders, engineers, product managers, content producers, and digital ops, our team redesigned the TV streaming experience on OTT connected devices, which can be downloaded on multiple platforms, including Roku, tvOS, Fire TV, and Google TV, with more platforms launching in the near future.

I was the lead designer for our Cloud DVR and Playback Controls implementation. This feature enhanced the viewing experience by allowing users to take control of how they watched and when.

Through this new feature, users had the option to start a live event from the beginning in order to avoid missing any of the action, join a game in live progress, and resume watching if they exited the feed.

It also allowed users to rewind and fast forward within the player with added quick actions to help the user complete their desired task as fast and efficiently as possible.

My team was responsible for redesigning our mobile app for a more premium experience. This included our most prominent and primary product, the Watch tab. This is where users can watch live streamed events and on-demand video content.

Design updates include a better, more fluid user experience, live feed auto-carousel hero section, dynamic content rows, and a more exciting look and feel to embrace a more cinematic experience.

Lead designer for a variety of projects that contributed to the launch of NESN 360, our direct-to-consumer streaming product for mobile, web and OTT. In partnership with the Boston Red Sox, the Boston Bruins, NESN 360 is the first regional sports network in the country to launch a DTC product.


Collaborating directly with the marketing, engineering, digital operations, content and programming teams to continue to enhance NESN 360. I was also responsible for leading our UXR initiative and contributing to graphic asset production.


NESN 360 is on iOS, Android, tvOS, Fire TV, Google TV, Roku and web.
